This month, we proudly celebrate a remarkable milestone as one of our team members reaches 30 years of service at North Coast Family Medical Group! Her unwavering dedication and commitment to providing exceptional care have made an invaluable impact on our patients and practice.
Lisa H. joined North Coast Family Medical Group as a front desk receptionist three decades ago and has since become an indispensable part of our team. Now serving as our IT Coordinator, Lisa wears many hats. You might find her training new employees on our computer systems or crawling under desks to troubleshoot glitchy equipment. If there’s an issue Lisa can’t solve, she always knows the right person to call.
Beyond her technical skills, Lisa is a tremendous support to our staff, ensuring we remain compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards. She played a pivotal role during our electronic medical record conversion in 2020 and continues to serve as our on-site expert for everything related to EPIC. Many of our patients know her as the MyChart expert, and it’s not uncommon to see her offering personalized training to patients several times a week. Lisa has even volunteered to host a monthly MyChart training course—stay tuned for more details!
