What does that mean for you, our patient?

Your personal health information is safe and secure! You do not need to be concerned!

The current patient portal will be discontinued. We recommend you print your information and labs for your records. The current electronic medical record data of your health will be available on our server. Sharecare, our correspondence copying partner, will make a copy of your chart for a fee. We will reach out to them on your behalf.

What’s the good news?

We will have better access and communication to the data generated by specialists, LabCorp, Quest and Imaging Healthcare Specialists.

The EPIC patient portal, MyChart, is extremely robust. Not only will you have easier communication with our office, but you will also have more information available to you, including the ability to attach documents and utilize mobile devices.

How can you help?

Be patient! We may ask you questions that we’ve asked before. The NCFMG staff has a steep learning curve to become familiar with this new computer program.

Please provide your insurance card and photo ID at your visit after our go-live date. You will also be asked to complete an updated patient data history form online to help populate your health data into EPIC EMR.
